Kit Includes:

• Dried Local Elderberries
• Dried Local Rosehips
• Ginger
• Cloves
• Cinnamon Stick

Instructions:

1. Add the contents of the kit to 2.5 cups of water.
2. Simmer the mixture for at least 45 minutes.
3. Pour through a strainer, ensuring to mash the mixture to extract all the goodness.
4. Stir in 1/2 to 1 cup of local raw honey.
5. Transfer to a jar, secure with a lid, and store in the fridge.

Yield: Makes 1–2 cups of syrup.
